3 hours immersive WORKSHOP “DISCOVER YOUR HIDDEN ARCHETYPES”

February 7th from 3pm to 6pm at Midnight Bliss Studio.

"Discover Your Hidden Archetypes" is a special workshop designed exclusively for women, guiding them to explore the hidden, suppressed parts of their inner world.

As we know suppressed energies create physical and emotional blockages in the body.

This journey is not about labeling, but about witnessing—meeting the unseen energies and roles that shape our actions, emotions, and sense of self.

By uncovering these hidden forces and their shadows, we create space for deeper self-awareness, acceptance, and healing.

Yana will guide a supportive and immersive space where participants will learn to:

  • Identify their own main and hidden archetypes.

  • Express these suppressed energies through guided creative work, embodiment, writing and voice exercises.

  • Release stored emotional weight through gentle, mindful bodywork and art.

  • Integrate these discoveries to cultivate inner harmony, clarity, and a more authentic way of being.

About Yana Fortep Yakimova

Yana Fortep Yakimova is a visionary artist, singer, and creator of Discover Your Hidden Archetypes. With nearly three decades on international stages, she fuses art, sound, and consciousness into immersive worlds. A deeply practiced Kundalini Yoga teacher and energy healer, Yana weaves spirituality into transformative art. She has performed worldwide, released on major labels, and presented at the Hong Kong Arts Festival. Her latest project invites participants into a self-crafted universe of movement, sound and awareness — where art becomes healing, and healing becomes art.


Yana’s approach is a synthesis of:

  • Archetype theory from different thoeries and methods

  • 29 years as a professional singer and multidisciplinary artist .

  • 12 years as a yoga and meditation teacher, with deep training in spirituality and mindfulness.

I am starting vocal classes for adults (from 15 years old) 

I am a singer, songwriter, and kundalini yoga teacher.

You can find my songs on Apple Music, Spotify and Tidal.

I worked with many brilliant musicians and producers from all around the globe.

I shared same stage with Carlos Santana, Lisa Millett, Gabin, etc

In 2012 I was awarded “Voice of the Year” in Saint-Petersburg ( Russia).

I also create music by myself - what I use in documentaries and video clips.

In my method I combine different techniques:

- breathing exercises,

-  exercises from Yoga of Sound, 

- classsical and indian vocal exercises.

 

For whom are my classes:

- If you feel a strong impulse to sing but don’t know how to start 

- You already sing and want to improve your singing

-  If you want to create a song for yourself and you need music or lyrics or arrangement

Healing Sounds

singing with intention

This class gives you an idea about the sound, vibration and it’s influence on our body, mind and soul.

During the class we are going to do a meditation to calm the mind, relax the body,

We are going to practise some easy exersices as a warm up to let our body accept a new experience.

And then we will focuse on a sound, singing vowels and syllables together with specific breath which will affect blockages in our bodies, releasing tension, stress, whch will help to make us feel peace and joy.


In my work I use different technics from yogic traditions, folk, jazz and classical vocal.

* This class suitable for beginners, also for those who wants to improve their vocal skills.

Kundalini Yoga is a yoga of awareness.

It is a combination of all 22 types of yoga together.

This method combines breath, mudra ( hand posture), eye-focus, movement, mantra (singing), body locks, and postures

  • to balance the glandular system,

  • strengthen the nervous system,

  • expand lung capacity,

  • purifiy the blood,

  • boost immune system.

  • It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Kundalini Yoga is a yoga for householders, for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses.

Morning Sadhana

at 5 in the morning

Every Thursday we are meeting at 5 a.m. online for a very special practice called morning Sadhana.

We srarts from recitation of sacred text, then do physical kriya ( set of exercises) and will sing Aquarian mantras .

2,5 hours.

This corse suitable for those who seeks to changes. Who wants to work on inner child and trauma. Who wants to change unwanted habbits and start a new life.

Powerful course with kundalini yoga, meditation, mantra singing, journaling, art therapy

You will be given an everyday home work ( wether it is a meditaion or an art)
We will meet 2 - 3 times a week online live for practising kundalini yoga, mantra meditation and women’s circle.
